The Society of Invasive
Cardiovascular Professionals (SICP) is pleased to invest you as a Fellow. You
have met the requirements for Fellowship by passing the Invasive Registry
(RCIS) examination, maintaining an active status with CCI and SICP. You
currently hold a staff position at an accredited health care facility based in
the cardiac catheterization laboratory and have met the requirements for
clinical practice.
The Board of Directors
has agreed that you have also made significant contributions to the SICP, or to
the field of invasive/diagnostic cardiology.
As a Fellow of the SICP
you will be called upon to assist the Officers and Board of Directors with
various tasks and/or appointments. Carrying out these tasks is a fundamental
part of your Active Fellowship. Completion of the duties will be monitored by
the Board of Directors and are a requirement to maintain active Fellowship.
Your certificate of
Fellowship is attached. You will be recognized in the Society’s electronic
newsletter the SICP News as well as in the SICP section of Cath Lab Digest.

status announcements please email a short two paragraph bio and electronic
picture to SICP’s Membership Coordinator (tsteadman@firstpointresources.com) by
December 10, 2016. If you are unable to provide this information by the date
specified above please forward to us as soon as possible after.
